Damage / Refund / Return Policy

Thank you for shopping KaraMarie Wholesale.

Returns are not allowed on any KaraMarie Wholesale purchases.  

KaraMarie stands behind the quality of our product. Damage requests upon receiving your order must be reported with photos and order number within 7-10 business days after receiving product. Any other damage requests from consumers will be honored for up to 1 year from wholesale order date. 
All replacement/damage requests must have an order number, photograph, and documentation of the issue sent to info@karamariewholesale.com.
Please DO NOT use social media to reach out/post/ask about a return/exchange.  We don't want to miss your message, therefore email is the only accepted form of communication for these requests.

Damage Processing:
Damage replacement will be handled in a timely manner and is subject to inventory availability of the replacement product.  Should materials need to be ordered, please allow for 10 weeks of processing time.  If materials or product are no longer available, KaraMarie will process a refund back to the Retailer.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.  Before returning the goods, please contact us at info@karamariewholesale.com to establish communication about your return request.  You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
